Hi Friends and Children of God,
I am so glad to say that it has been 6 weeks since the New Year began, and we are still celebrating life and all the blessings there in. Today is the day we celebrate love in all it’s forms, love of God, love of family, love of friends, love of self, love from your true love and simply the love of life.
Today at AskLatisha.com, we are going to get another week of blog hopping started. It is time for this week’s TGI Saturdays get together, where we celebrate life and all God’s blessing abound. Before we get started, I’d like to share my “Season of Love: Countdown to Valentine’s Day” posts over the last two weeks. They are some fun ideas in there, I think you’ll enjoy reading. Then i’d like to share some of my favorite Valentine’s Day post from other bloggers that encouraged and inspired me over the last two weeks. Hope you enjoy my little wrap-up and the party that follows.
The first thing I posted in the series was an original biblical-love themed ice breaker game for teens and adults called “The Love Puzzle.” This game is great for Valentine’s Day Gatherings and ministry meetings.
My second Countdown to Valentine’s Day post was “10 Personalized Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas You Might Not Have Thought of.”It’s not too late to gather some last minute inspiration or note these ideas for another special occasion (birthday, anniversary, graduation, wedding, etc).
My third Valentine’s Day post was called “8 God-Centered Valentine’s Day Activity Fun with the Kids.” These ideas you can still use with minimum supplies or preparation, even at short notice.
I also posted an original poem I wrote called “Love Coat.” Check it out!
Below are 6 of my favorite Valentine’s themed post since the countdown to Valentine’s Day began. Be inspired, encouraged, motivated and feel the love.
I love this Valentine’s Playdough Cookie Pops recipe idea. I think it is a great way for your children to give Valentine’s Day cookies to their friends.
This Valentine Cake Mix Popcorn looks yummy! I can’t wait to try making this.
I love these wonderful simple and fun Valentine’s Day craft ideas to do with the kids. What a way to celebrate love.
I also really like these Valentine’s Day Activities for families do together. They are very God-centered activity ideas.
Be encouraged by these two post below, which reminds us that we are loved beyond measure just for who we are.
Remember to celebrate life and love. Let’s Party!
