This show premiered on Tuesday, 1st July 2008 and as I watched I rapidly fell in love with it and many thoughts crossed my mind. I thought to myself who would watch it and can it pull an audience large enough to grab the ratings needed to be a success and stay on the air.

I grew worried that a show about such serious and real life matters that just might trigger conversation between parents and their teens about sex as well as answer many questions they may have would not survive because their target audience may not watch.

This show is real, honest and intense but I love it and have high hopes it will be successful and let me tell you why; I am a firm believer in Abstinence before marriage, knowledge is power and parent’s really need to start listening and talking to their children. I will watch on this season and see where the 7th Heaven Creator Brenda Hampton takes us on this new and exciting journey.

I thank God for Brenda and this show for restoring my faith in television. Please watch and help breathe life into this new hope.
