You  hear about TV shows getting canned here or there around this time of year, but since this is my blog and I’m pressed for time these days, I’ll only be sharing about the shows I watched, Human Target being one of them.

I thought it was cool, moderately entertaining, didn’t like the revamp of Season Two, so much, those two chicks I could have done without, especially the character Ilsa Pucci. Have to say, not surprised about the cancellation though, it was a cool show, but not good enough to pull high ratings and live a long happy life.

This is a cancellation that doesn’t bother me one way or the other. I will however miss seeing these two guys (seen below) on TV. I’m looking forward to see what their next projects will be.

10 Things I hate about you -Canceled- I like it, I’m a bit disappointed-but it’s a show I can do without.

Tuesdays I watch:
Glee (FOX)- renewed-returning this fall
The Good Wife (CBS)- renewed-returning this fall
Better Off Ted (ABC)-canceled-it’s ashamed too, thought it was really quirky, unique and funny.

Wednesdays I watch:

Vampire Diaries (The CW)- renewed-returning this fall

Ghost Whisperer (CBS)-Canceled-i’ll live!
DollHouse- canceled- It really got way over my head

Saturdays I watched
Legend of the Seeker-canceled- I am devastated-really loved this show

Sundays I watched
Sons of Tucsan (FOX)- canceled-I thought it was good, don’t know what happened-it was barely given a chance.
Victorious (Nick)- Recently premiered-really like it-very entertaining.

Other Shows I watch on tv from time to time are:
ICarly- It’s alright- I watch sometimes when taking short tv breaks during the day
True Jackson VP- Same as above
Wizards of Waverly Place- Same as above
Aaron Stone-Same as above
Sonny with a Chance- I think is getting kind of dumb and I may boycott this show all together.
The Troop- same as above
The Suite Life on Deck-is very funny, thanks largely to Dylan and Cole Sprouse
A-Team reruns-Love that show-interested to see the movie.

The show has been canceled. I wouldn’t exactly say I am a fan but I watched and did find it somewhat entertaining. So i’m slightly bummed. Okay, not really. Anyway here’s the scoop courtesy of “Popwatch.”

“The first flare that the series was in trouble went up two weeks ago when executive producer Carter Covington started tweeting that the show was on the bubble and needed all the fan support it could get.”

Covington took to Twitter again today to announce the show’s cancellation: “Sad news… ABCFamily canceled the show  Thanks 2 our AMAZING fans – U R the reason I do this! Enjoy the last 5 eps – they’re fantastic!”

The show will get to finish out its season, THR reports, but with the good, comes the bad. The season ends on an “AWESOME cliffhanger.”

Dang, I hate when a show ends like that (with curiousity piqued and no resolution in the future).

The cult favorite has been canceled.

 According to Michael Ausiello of The Ausiello Files Blog (ew.com) “the outlook had been bleak since last March, when many of Tribune Station Group’s markets dropped the syndicated series, which had been developed from Terry Goodkind’s fantasy novels by
Hercules/Xena producers Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert. ABC Studios, which produces it, kept shopping it around. But, I’m told, they found no takers.”

 I’m really going to miss this one. It was an exciting and at times thought-provoking seires.I looked forward to watching this with my husband (who is also a fan) every week. It was quite an adventure.

I can’t put my foot on it, but something feels off; it just feel like the writers aren’t even trying anymore. Where are the awesome one-liners, and the Ugly Betty quirk and vivacity?

The actors seem burnt out; like they just want to get it all over with. I really was not very impressed with the last few episodes of Betty, especially the episode this week; “Million Dollar Smile.” I mean it had it’s moments in the last ten minutes, that were slightly funny (when Betty ripped open Wilhelmina’s shirt, exposing her Bustier) and sweet (when Betty finally got her braces taken off and Daniel gave Amanda his blessing to  date his half-brother who he hates).

This was one of those what life would be like if Betty was born with perfect teeth episodes. Apparently she’d be ugly on the inside; Wilhemina’s assistant and partner in the quest to take over the company; her family would be rich; Hilda would be fat and Justin wouldn’t exist; Marc would be a plain Joe with a son,and working front desk reception; Daniel hates her and is married to Amanda, and they both are cheating on each other; and Ignacio (Betty’s father) would have a gambling problem; all this because she was born with perfect teeth and eye-sight. Right!  This episode was plain stupid and unnecessary, I’m disappointed that’s the way they chose to use one of the last episodes they have left before this show becomes a distant memory.

 Why do I get the feeling I’m not going to get the ending I want here? I just hope I feel satisfied that their way is better than my way. I hope I am not disappointed by the finale, because it feels like they are going to try to cram everything in the final episode. 

 I was hoping they’d use these final five episodes to take their time and wrap things up nicely piece by piece; instead I feel new storylines emerging that should take us into a season five. I don’t want to be left with questions; I want old questions answered. So forget about the Justin love interest thing and Wilhelmina trying to take over Meade through Tyler thing. Man, how in the heck are they going to properly resolve these things in two episodes? I don’t think I like where this is going at all. I fear disappointment.

 Oh, yeah, next week’s episode; Betty, Hilda and Amanda are going to London; where they’ll meet up with Christina and Gio. Let’s see what happens.

P.S- America Ferrara is a very beautiful girl and she looks great. This was especially highlighted in this episode.

Were the ratings that terrible?

Anyway Better Off Ted has been eliminated after only two seasons of life. What the @$%&. This network is starting to really bug me.

I really thought this show was very quirky and funny. It always seems to me that ABC would take risk and invest in these unique and oddball shows; then give up on them too soon. Can you think of any? I can, Ugly Betty; Eli Stone; Pushing Daisies; and now Ted is dead (lol, I couldn’t help it, it was too easy).

Don’t you think Better Off Ted would have fit in perfectly with ABC’s Wednesday-night Comedy line-up? This includes shows like Cougar Town; Modern Family; and The Middle. ABC really, really sucks.

Speaking of Modern Family, star Sophia Vergara will voice a penguin on Happy Feet.

Jay Harrington who played Ted in Better Off Ted; will be moving to NBC in comedy series Nathan vs Nuture; I hope it works out.
