Amazed; Inspired; Touched

Author There is an element to my personality that God has molded in me; that I am very thankful for. I am so in tune with my emotions. I feel things; I feel love; compassion; happiness; sadness and I sometimes get so overwhelmed by the magnificence of God’s wonderful world and people; that tears of gratitude seep from my eyes. I love to feel because these true emotions make me feel so alive.

It’s October
Well; it’s the beginning of another month; just last month I was waiting to finally move into our own apartment on the second floor, where we have been living for the last year. Then after a year of waiting for that blessing God brought it to past officially on 10th September. It’s been three weeks since we have lived in our new home and it has just been a blessing.
Happiness
So, I have finally arrived, the place I’ve been praying to be, for over a year now. One of my many short-term goals has been realized and I am so grateful to my Father for bringing me to this place. Being here has helped me to understand something I have already known in my heart of heart.
Footprints
I have to admit; lately I haven’t been feeling God’s presence in my life as strong as times before; it kind of reminds me of the poem “Footprints;” where you look at the footprints in the sand; you only see one pair; you think they are your footprints and you are walking alone in times of trials; not realizing it’s the Father’s footprints you are seeing and he has been carrying you all along.
Sometimes in your life; it gets quiet and you wonder where has your Savior gone off to but you don’t realize he still there; he is still working on your behalf but sometimes he is just keeping a low profile. My Father’s still with me but like I keep saying this is my waiting season, so there’s no big noise here.
