Author: 1st-10th Birthday- I remember every year up until I was maybe between eight or ten years old; can’t fully remember. My mom would throw me a birthday party; party hats; marshmallows; candy; chips and other great party foods; an awesome cake; birthday presents; the whole shebang. I received Barbie Dolls and board games mostly for my birthdays during these years; I’m sure I received other stuff too but those are the only two I can remember. I guess my being so into birthdays are a result of this first decade of my life.

Good Morning, Friends
Today is my 26th Birthday and it is a little quiet today; no big deal; nothing spectacular on the rise. It’s just a day like any other with the exception of a few very sweet birthday greetings and well wishes. I am happy to be here another day and I am grateful to God for my last twenty-five years of life.

Hey; watch this freaky video with Rihanna; the song is freaky too; not sure that I get what the song is about; I read the lyrics but I don’t get it really; do you? Anyway, I do love the freaky video and the beat.
Love this commercial; it makes me happy; the music makes me get up and dance everytime; plus the tall girl reminds me of my sister; who just graduated Secondary school back in Barbados; now she is off to college in Trinidad and Tobago; i’m so proud.
The bible says in Ecclesiastes 3: 1-2 (KJV); “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;” and the chapter goes on to list various seasons in one’s life. It also goes on to say in verse 12 and 13; “I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life. And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labor, it is the gift of God.”
Eat, drink, do good things, be good to others and be merry; that is the responsibility of man, which is God’s gift to us; something that very few on this earth have come to understand but it is a message God has imprinted on my heart long before I came to be the young woman I am now.

For as long as I have known myself I have loved with a big heart; I have dreamed with all my soul and I have had passion bursting through the seams. This is a complete contradiction of any example set for me by my parents (who I do love).
You know I love my T.V; what more can I say. If you like your T.V too; maybe we can talk. Here’s what I’ve been watching this summer (2008).
Have you ever noticed just as your life is getting ready to propel you from one phase to another, the atmosphere around you gets a little smoggy; the space around you gets smaller and tighter and everything seems to fall apart and malfunction; you begin to suffer from an almost severe case of claustrophobia; you get really fed-up, frustrated and lose your patience; plus the clock tick-tocks slower than ever? Does that happen to you too or it’s just me?
